John Pfeffer died June 27, 2009 surrounded by family.
He is survived by his wife of 56 years, Helen; children Penelope of Tok,
Alaska, and Sequim, John (Cheryle) of North Pole, Alaska, Robert of
Fairbanks, Alaska, Mary Schwetz of Sequim, Patricia Pfeffer of North Pole,
Alaska, Loretta (Kelly) Goneau of Tok, Alaska, William of Fairbanks, Alaska,
Teresa (Dave) Parker of Fairbanks, Alaska, and Jill (Mike) Yrjana of Kodiak,
Alaska.
The Pfeffer family would like to extend their gratitude to the staff at both
Olympic Medical Center and the Olympic Cancer Center as well as Dr. Lyndes
and Dr. Corley for their exemplary and compassionate care to our dear
husband and father.
Donations may be made to the American Cancer Society in lieu of flowers.
