Gardiner / Discovery Bay Traffic Cam

Just a bit less than a mile west of Gardiner WSDOT, Washing State Department Of Transportation, has a traffic web cam. For inexplicable reasons it seems to malfunction a lot. For better or worse this is a link to that camera.
